Pricing FAQ

What is an active account?

An active account is a licensed user with a mailbox in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Sorvek computes this total through the provider’s API. Archived, deleted or suspended accounts — and shared groups or aliases — are not counted. Your price is based on this number, not on the number of discovered SaaS accounts.

What happens if I exceed my tier?

If you go beyond the number of active accounts set in your contract, we reach out before renewal to adjust your plan, with no interruption of service. Your rate stays locked for the duration of the current term.

Is there a limit on the number of Sorvek seats included?

No. The price doesn’t depend on how many people use the Sorvek platform. Whether you have a single administrator or give every employee personal access to their own SaaS footprint, the price stays the same.

Can I limit which users are monitored?

Apart from specific exceptions (large accounts, design partners), Sorvek monitors every mailbox in your domain to guarantee complete Shadow IT discovery — that’s precisely the value of the tool.

Multiple tenants: how is my plan calculated?

On the total number of active accounts across all of your Microsoft and Google tenants. In the event of a merger, migration or consolidation, we adapt the transition between plans together with you.

What currency am I billed in?

Natively in Canadian dollars (CAD), before tax (GST/QST where applicable). No conversion fees and no exchange-rate surprises: quotes and contracts are bilingual and issued in CAD.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can delete your account and all data, and revoke workspace access, at any time from your Sorvek admin settings. Your subscription expires at the end of your contract period (monthly or annual) and does not renew automatically.
